K khali khali hain shamae tere bin 

Kuch lafzon mein bhi kami hai tere bin 


Likh dun tujhe yaad kar kar k ek umar sari 

Ya khayalo ki ek tasveer bana dun 

Per wo tasveer bhi to bad guma hai tere bin 


K dil hai maghroor tere bin jaan e jan

Jo sannata raha zindagi mei tere bin wo mujhy kha gaya

 

Banu kisi or ki nazron ka qaidi esa koi sawal hi nahi 

Tu wo baat to bata humein jo yaad hi nahi 

Tu baat ko yun mat ghuma ae badguman 

K dil mera lakhon tukron mein bant chuka 

Mei thora mushkil sa,

Saray ghum apne chupa chuka

Tere bin mein tujh ko bholane ka har harba apna chuka

 

Per mere dil mein tere intizar ka roze ek naya tamasha lag raha  

Aaas meri teray hatho ki lakirain 


Tere bin hum khud se ek wada liye bethay 

Chaand or saanso ka karz liye bethay


Ek hath mein sharab dosray mein tere sab farz liye bathay 

Uljhay paray hain tere bin 


Yuhi hua mein hairan ksay kuch waqat badlay insaan ko 

K chupa k bhi na bharta tera diya ye kesa zakham 

Meri duao mei bhi tere bina na ab koi wazan
